Dymax BioSphere

Dymax BioSphere is a highly porous media designed to be a substrate for bio-filtration, specifically remove ammonia and nitrite (nitrification) and reduce nitrate (denitrification) for freshwater, marine, and reef aquaria. Each litre of the media provides over 750sqm of surface area. This product cultivates nitrifying bacteria on  its outer sphere and denitrifying bacteria in the inner, thus provide exceptional efficiency to eliminate toxic substance and prevent algae growth.
